Maggie Jaramillo’s 17 years of extensive court experience include trial work in Juvenile cases, Family cases, Felony and Misdemeanor cases, Probate matters and Civil matters. She has served Fort Bend County with her great depth of experience, knowledge, self-confidence and a responsibility to seek an expanding role in our community by ensuring Republican values and supporting our community.

Judge Jaramillo has 18 years of prior experience as a private practice attorney in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Probate Matters, Civil Litigation, Mental Health Commitments, and Appellate Court Writing. Her experience in both Civil and Criminal Law allowed her to make a smooth transition into the 400th Judicial District Court which has general jurisdiction in both civil and criminal cases. She is the first Hispanic District Court Judge to hold office in Fort Bend County.
